The precious and quirky Annie Clark vamped it up a bit for the latest 4AD session. Channeling a 1968 Shirley Bassey performance of “This is My Life” on Rai Uno for Italian TV, Clark recorded four songs from her excellent Strange Mercy album live for the first time.

Shot at Shangri-La Studios in Brooklyn, the session was directed by Iain Forsyth and Jane Pollard. Watch her run through “Chloe in the Afternoon”, “Surgeon”, “Strange Mercy”, and “Year of the Tiger” — and download the latter below:
