Natasha Khan’s Bat For Lashes will release third album The Haunted Man this fall. Revered in her native England as a modern-day Kate Bush or Siouxsie Sioux, Khan is poised to break out with her distinctive baroque pop.
New single “All Your Gold” caught my ear as it’s as close to pure synthpop as Bat For Lashes gets. Impeccably produced throughout, the strings-driven chorus is flawless:
